TGA Management & Consulting was created to support the training and development of our players, as well as to professionalize the management of tennis clubs and schools.
We have the technical and human resources to be able to carry out the work of player representation and consulting and management of large sports clubs.

We carry out an integral management of the player's professional career, organizing the annual calendar of Training, Tournaments and Events.
With a specific training plan based on the TGA Method of High Competition.

We take care of finding accommodation and education for our players, we accompany them to all tournaments and events and we work on the human component of the player, a fundamental part of the TGA Philosophy.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES
We participate in the entire design process of the facilities, from the design and orientation of the courts, the choice of materials and construction processes, to the design of the rest of the facilities (clubhouse, locker rooms, gymnasiums, etc...).

We carry out an integral management of the tennis academy: work methodology, organization charts, training and management of coaches, creation of training programs, etc...
